James started with Mold Masters as a Field Technician. He has an incredible understanding of the mold remediation processs. His knowledge and attention to detail makes him an excellent resource for our customers.

Ricki is a wonderful addition to the Mold Masters team and she just can’t help but make everybody smile. Her lively voice is one of the first you hear when you call Mold Masters. She is extremely passionate about helping others understand the mold world and helping everyone find a solution to their problem. She is a true team player who is kind, friendly and understanding with everyone. Her phone presence is amazing and she is always ready to help!

Felix joined our team after working in New York for years as an IICRC Mold Remediator. His work sites are impeccably clean and he really enjoys keeping our clients up to date with each step of the remediation process. He is also a licensed Water Restoration Technician in Florida.
